This hypertext version of the Community Foundation's by-laws is not official. The official by-laws are contained in a hardcopy in the files of our Secretary. These are presented here, not to promote them as a model for other organizations, but to make them more available to our trustees and the officers of our activity committees. The longer articles are in their own separate files; adjacent short articles are grouped together. For clarity, hypertext links have been added, not only where a section refers to another section but also where an external link might be appropriate.
These by-laws were last amended 23 May 2001, more than ten years after the prior amendments.
